Been up to the shop a couple of times. Great range of appliances for the whole house. Really helpful staff. Phoned to make an inquiry and came back to me quickly. Robin from the kitchen and stove department really helpful in particular.

Outstanding value on Kitchen Appliances, Stoves and TVs. They must have 50 Range Cookers on show…. Team are soo experienced and give great advice. Free delivery too.

Kathryn was very knowledgeable and helpful when choosing an electric bed. She was able to answer all of our questions. They have a huge range of stock and brands! We were looking for a quick turnaround and Dalzells were able to accommodate us within 4 days. Would highly recommend them for a friendly and knowledgeable experience! Will definitely be back!

friendly and helpful staff when you are buying but when there is a problem they are rude and unprofessional no fridge for almost 3 weeks, I rang them to tell them I need a repair within a 2-year warranty they told me I had to contact the manufacturers myself. But when I ring the consumer helpline I was told my contract was with dalziels not the manufacturers when I said this to dalzells they told me that was wrong 18 days after my first call they eventually learnt me a fridge I would not recommend buying from them as they are rude and unprofessional

A huge thank you to delivery driver Nigel, he arrived to deliver 2 fridges and a freezer to our new business not knowing they had to be taken up a flight of awkward stairs, went above and beyond call of duty… Thanks Nigel

I've had a great experience of Dalzells- bought a King Koil mattress recently which was delivered to me in Dublin at a very good price. It is lovely to sleep on! Thanks in particular to Kathryn for answering my many questions. I would happily recommend Dalzells!
